I accept PayPal, it is the safe and secure way to purchase items online using PayPal funds, a Debit or Credit card.

You do not need to have a PayPal account as you can pay safely with a Debit or Credit card using a valid email address. (Your card details are not visible to me using this method of payment.)

 

For UK customers, payment can also be made by post, with either a personal cheque or postal orders.  Details of who to make them payable to and the address of where to send to is clearly stated at checkout.  Please allow approximately 7 days for payment to clear and items to be dispatched.

** Please make sure cheques and postal orders are made payable to: Wendy Cummings and not my website, this will ensure there is no delay in your order being processed.

 

For all orders that require personalisation, please leave the details required in the spaces provided for each item.  Please take the time to double check the spelling of Names and Venues and that the correct Date is entered, as this ensures that there is no delay in your order being processed and dispatched.

 

If you require a generic card, then please fill in the 'text' boxes with 'No Name, No Date' etc and just complete the drop down menu choices where applicable.

 

You do not need to create an account to be able to purchase from Tinkerbella Cards.

 

If you can not find what you are looking for, please do not hestitate to contact me with your requirements, as I will be more than happy to design a card for you wherever possible.

 

All bespoke orders must be paid for in advance.

 

Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery on bespoke orders, as this allows time for me to design, make and post your order off to you

 

Please note: That your card design may be used as a sample photo within my website. 

All items are in perfect condition upon dispatch. Whilst every care is taken on my part to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, the seller is in no way responsible for items that may get damaged whilst in the hands of the Royal Mail.

Neither is the seller liable for items that may be late in arriving at it's destination due to Strike action or such by the Royal Mail.

On the rare occasion that an item / order should go 'missing' in the postal system, replacements / refunds will be at the sole discretion of the seller.

If for any reason I am unable to dispatch your item within 48 hours, I will contact you via email, giving an approximate dispatch date or there will be a message on my website giving the expected dispatch times for the current period.

Please note that ALL personalised items are non returnable as they are not suitable for resale.
