Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

Yes, I accept both at the moment. Please choose the payment by post option at checkout.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to order from you?

No, you can pay via PayPal even if you don't have an account with them yourself. Payment can be made with a debit or credit card safely and securely and I do not see your card details whatsoever.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, I am happy for you to place an order over the phone, but I can only accept cheque or postal order payments via this method.

I like a new baby card but would want it for a Christening, is this possible?

Yes, most personalised cards can be adapted for different occasions.

How long until you can deliver my order?

My aim is to post orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. Although at busy times this may be a day longer, so please allow for this if you possibly can.

I love your cards but can't find what I'm after. Can you help?

Yes I am happy to make bespoke orders, please contact me with your requirements and I will do my best to help. I will contact you with a price and delivery time within 24 hours.

I like one of your images, can this be made in to invitation cards?

Yes, most of my images are hand stamped and therefore can be adapted / coloured for many different occasions, not just as shown on a particular item. Please contact me with your request.

Will I receive an envelope as well if I purchase a presentation box for my card?

No, I do not include an envelope if a presentation box is purchased, as the cost of the box is offset against the cost of the envelope, this helps me keep the box prices slightly lower for you. If an envelope is required though as well as a box, please let me know and I can pop one in with your order.
